Especially, if they are calling you weekly for money. I've had 10 positive reviews removed but one negative review stays up no matter what. They even double listed the one negative review and had it count towards the total stars. I am all for open speech but they are manipulating the reviews and affecting businesses. I did a screen shot of my listing to prove they are double listing. By the way, the positive reviews started dropping like flies when they started to call for money.

Re: iTunes 9 Home Sharing/Sync the Wrong Solution. I have a 160 GB iPod Classic that houses my entire music collection, but I'd really like to be able to access my whole music collection from a flash memory based iPhone. See my thoughts on this and today's iTunes 9 related announcements at http://blog.mobilemusicmessenger.com/?p=221
Seth

Re: One Best Business Strategy for Facebook, Twitter, Digg or LinkedIn

I love your analogy to "hammer strategy" - all these social networking sites are tools - like you mentioned. I joined because of my incompetent, horrible, un-accommodating customer "service" from Sprint, and because I'd been a long-distance and credit card holder with Working Assets. The actual service I got from Credo the first year left many things to be desired. My phone broke, had very minimal pre-set choices, they were still charging for roaming, and everything other than my minutes cost extra. Within the last year, however, they have made many great strides. More phone choices, no more roaming, more plan choices, and THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE of any company I have ever done business with. Every time I've called them, I get a real live human right away, and they have always helped me replace my phone, change my plan, give me a refund for mistakes made on their part, and more. For a newer company in the wireless game, they are listening to their customers and making the appropriate changes. They are the leaders of the pack in the service industry, and when they catch up technology-wise, they'll be the best of them all. (As soon as they're able to host the iphone!)

Re: Salvation Army takes five dollars by text message instead of pocket change

This is unavoidable..but the organization owners needs to change..hope it will happen..
Caribbean vacation

Re: Jobs announces Mac App Store?

Had the same thought awhile back. Just wanted to say I thin you're dead on, this is a new path for functional microsites. Why maintain directions on your site when you can link to google maps, why post reviews when you can link to Yelp? The only thing a small business owner really needs on their site is unique content aka menu, maybe staff bio (though this could be a facebook link as well), product shots/descriptions, services, etc.

Re: Skittles goes all in on Twitter

Jay:

Yeah, Laughing Squid mentioned Modernista their Skittles/Twitter post last night.
